Inter-Island Flights

We recommend that all inter-island transfers be booked before you depart for Tahiti by your travel arranger or by Air Tahiti ( US Reservations: 800-346-2599 or 818- 907-7981)

Your flight on Air Tahiti Nui lands at Faa’a International Airport (PPT) on the island of Tahiti.

For stays on the island of Tahiti, the airport is close to all primary resorts and hotels, and the cruise ship port in downtown Papeete.

For transfers to other islands, frequent inter-island flights depart from the airport on Air Tahiti and on Air Moorea. Ferry service is also available from the island of Tahiti to Moorea.

Air Tahiti is the domestic airline of French Polynesia and is a privately owned Polynesian company. Air Tahiti is a separate company from Air Tahiti Nui.

High-speed catamarans seating up to 450 passengers depart from downtown Papeete to two points on Moorea. Three vessels from the Aremiti company along with the Ono Ono operate 7 days a week from early morning to early evening.
